RG10-450 Gas-Fired Surface Dryer

The RG10-450 gas-fired surface dryer is dedicated equipment for plate production lines. It is mainly heated by gas and adopts uniquely designed hot air internal circulation technology to rapidly dry the surface of pasted grids. The plates are less prone to cracking with low internal moisture loss. Compared with conventional electric heating, it reduces operating costs. Grids are conveyed by crawler-type chains. It features convenient speed adjustment, rational structure, high thermal efficiency, easy maintenance and high productivity. It is an ideal dryer for battery manufacturers and suitable for surface drying of grids of various specifications.
