Model BF300 enveloping & stacking Machine

The BF300 wrapping and grouping machine is an upgraded in‑house developed special equipment for wrapping and grouping lead‑acid battery plates. Composed of vacuum belt feeding mechanism, plate conveying mechanism, separator unwinding mechanism, separator conveying mechanism, separator cutting mechanism, rotary table grouping mechanism, plate receiving mechanism, environmental dust removal unit and electric control system, it can automatically and efficiently complete plate wrapping and grouping while meeting the industry’s environmental requirements.

Technical Features

1. Supports wrapping for positive or negative plates; the quantity of positive and negative plates can be set as odd or even numbers.
2. The separator wraps only positive plates (or negative plates). The wrapping length is continuously adjustable, and the separator cutting length tolerance is ±1 mm against the set value.
3. Manual mode available for parameter setup and commissioning.
4. All parameters for automatic operation can be set, saved and recalled directly.
5. Fully automatic plate wrapping and pole‑group formation according to preset parameters; finished pole groups are discharged automatically.
6. Equipped with automatic vacuum plate suction system.
7. Manual replenishment of plates and separators.
8. Multiple emergency stop buttons for emergency handling.
9. Built‑in alarm system for real‑time operating condition monitoring; alarm triggers immediately upon abnormal operation.
