Product Description
Technical Specifications
I. Function Description
A constant current is applied between the two lugs after bridge welding. A precision millivoltmeter measures voltage variation according to the resistance difference between the lugs. It effectively detects welding defects such as blowholes and cold joints formed during battery welding, with fault locations visually displayed.
The equipment judges welding quality by loading current and reading resistance values from instruments. Defective units trigger audible and visual alarms and are automatically ejected for manual handling, reducing non‑conforming products caused by substandard welding.
