JG620 Automatic Paste Extruder

The JG620 automatic paste extruder is mainly used for paste filling of tubular plates for lead-acid batteries. It adopts HMI and PLC programmable controller for automatic control. Relevant parameters can be stored; when switching product models, users only need to select the corresponding parameter set. Equipment Features

1. The extruder can automatically complete grid positioning, plate feeding, paste extrusion and automatic rinsing. Manual and automatic modes can be switched freely.
2. Paste extrusion length can be adjusted arbitrarily according to grid length requirements.
3. The paste extrusion pump adopts frequency converter for stepless speed regulation.
4. Both paste extrusion speed and plate feeding speed support stepless speed adjustment.
5. Lead paste can be recycled and reused for good environmental performance.
6. Lead paste is fed into the paste hopper, and grids are manually placed at the starting position. Grid filling and conveying are performed automatically. Lead paste is delivered directly to the stainless steel extrusion pipe by the stepless adjustable paste pump. The grid is pushed into the extrusion pipe, and then the pump continuously forces paste into the grid until the whole grid is evenly filled.
