JGX650 Paste Extrusion Line

The JGX650 paste extrusion line is custom-developed by our company for lead paste filling of tubular grids for lead-acid batteries. The complete line consists of feeding mechanism, plate conveying mechanism, paste hopper, paste extrusion unit, extrusion rinsing unit, transfer mechanism, pre-rinsing unit, automatic bottom capping unit, ultrasonic welding unit, vertical rinsing unit, weighing & rejection unit, automatic stacking unit and electrical control system (refer to the equipment layout drawing for details). Adopting high-suction vacuum adsorption, ultrasonic welding and pulse vibration sorting technologies, it automatically carries out tubular grid feeding, quantitative paste filling, surplus paste cleaning, automatic bottom capping, automatic weighing sorting and automatic plate collection. It features a high degree of automation and meets industrial environmental requirements. Equipped with a surplus paste recovery system, it forms a closed-loop connection with the paste mixing line, realizing automatic, clean and energy-saving production for the paste extrusion process.

The process flow of the whole line: Manual stack feeding → Robotic suction & automatic plate transfer to extrusion station → Paste mixing and extrusion → Plate rinsing → Automatic bottom capping → Ultrasonic welding → Plate rinsing → Weighing & automatic rejection → Automatic stacking and collection

Equipment Features

1. The extruder performs automatic grid positioning, automatic plate feeding, automatic paste extrusion and automatic rinsing. Manual and automatic modes can be switched freely.
2. Paste extrusion length is adjustable according to grid length requirements.
3. The paste extrusion pump uses a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation.
4. Both paste extrusion speed and plate feeding speed support stepless adjustment.
5. Lead paste can be recycled for favorable environmental performance.
6. Lead paste is fed into the paste hopper. Grids are manually placed at the starting position, while grid filling and conveying run automatically. The stepless adjustable paste pump delivers lead paste directly to the stainless steel extrusion pipe. The grid is pushed into the extrusion pipe, and the pump continuously forces lead paste into the grid until the entire grid is uniformly filled.
