This is our newly upgraded model, which adds a mechanical shaping function based on our flat-cut grid casting machine. Catering to industry development demands, it has been well recognized by customers for the high quality of produced grids since its launch.

Equipment Features

1. Shaping: Equipped with a mechanical shaping device. The shaping pressure and thickness are adjustable, and safety guards are fitted.
2. Flat cutting: The scrap shearing system adopts an innovative flat-cut design. The cutter and grid collecting system are on the same plane as grid conveyance. It eliminates three impacts to the grid occurring on the chute plate, inclined cutter and during collection in conventional models, and greatly reduces grid deformation during casting.
3. Extended planar travel of grids: Effectively prolongs grid cooling time. For thick grids, the cooling duration is longer than that of older models. Compared with conventional machines, its productivity rises by 20–30%, delivering excellent cost performance. The output of two flat-cut grid casting machines equals that of three conventional grid casting machines.
4. Superior grid thickness consistency, higher frame compactness and minor weight tolerance. It reduces reject rates in subsequent processes (pasting, cutting, etc.).
