ZB7525 Industrial Flat-Cut Grid Casting Machine

The ZB7525 industrial flat-cut grid casting machine is designed for grid casting of medium and high-rate batteries. It features an enlarged and thickened structure to accommodate the casting of large-size grids.

Equipment Features

2. Key structural components are thickened and reinforced to ensure machine stability and reduce grid deformation.
3. Main drive: Mold opening/closing and quantitative molten lead feeding are controlled by stable and reliable pneumatic components; other movements adopt mechanical transmission for high stability and reliability. The main machine speed adopts a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, with a wide adjustment range and simple speed setting.
4. The mold temperature is controlled by thermocouples mounted on the mold to switch the electric heating tubes. Mold heating control and temperature display are independent: the real-time mold temperature can be displayed as long as the main control switch is turned on, even when heating is off. Mold heat preservation is realized by circulating water control.
5. The thermocouple fitted on the lead scoop controls the on/off of its electric heating tube to realize automatic temperature control of the lead scoop.
