Product Description

Model ZHQC100 Medium-Density COS Machine

The ZHQC100 medium-density casting-welding machine is one of our dedicated self-developed production machines for lead-acid batteries. It features a four-station rotary structure for fast and convenient mould changeover to reduce labor intensity. Adopting automatic control via PLC with HMI, it delivers easy operation, reliable performance, rich functions and high productivity.

Technical Specifications

  • Application: Mainly for automatic busbar casting-welding of pole groups for automotive lead-acid batteries
  • Power Supply: AC380 V / 50 Hz; Rated power: 44 kW
  • Output: 1.5–2.5 units/min (≤100 Ah / 12 V), limited mainly by manual operation speed
  • Pneumatic Supply: 0.6–0.8 MPa; Air consumption: 2.4 m³/h
  • Water Supply: 0.2 MPa
  • Total Weight: 3000 kg
  • Overall Dimension (L × W × H): 3220 × 2260 × 2700 mm
  • Busbar Thickness: ≤ 8.5 mm
  • Lug Insertion Depth: The distance between the top surface of the busbar and the top surface of the lug is 2 mm (adjustable)
  • Plate Lug Requirement: Limit deviation of lug height ≤ 1 mm; no paste on lug surface

Equipment Features

  1. Rotary four-station configuration: Station 1 – pole group loading and clamping; Station 2 – lug brushing and flux dipping; Station 3 – cast welding; Station 4 – manual pole group unloading.
  2. Pneumatic intermittent rotary-lifting turntable, lifting once per 90° rotation. Fixtures can be rotated by 180° on the turntable.
  3. Environmental Protection: Fully enclosed lead pot; exhaust ports reserved above the lead pot and cast-welding zone.
  4. Motion Control System: Driven by pneumatic components, servo drives and motors. PLC programmed control with touchscreen HMI. Product parameters can be saved and recalled directly to shorten setup time. Fault positions are shown on the touchscreen together with flashing alarm lamps.
