ZB18 Multi-Machine Centralized Lead Feeding System for One Furnace

The ZB18 one-pot multi-machine centralized lead feeding system is a newly developed casting-process equipment independently developed by our company. It is developed to meet the high environmental protection and energy-saving requirements of the lead-acid battery industry, combined with the advantages of our flat-cut grid casting machines. Verified by market application and continuously optimized and upgraded, it features stable performance and high output, making it an ideal cost-saving solution.

Equipment Features

1. Lead pot system: The fully sealed high-position lead pot is arranged at the center, generating less lead dross and reducing energy consumption. Lead fume extraction and dust collection are centralized for superior environmental performance.
2. Centralized lead feeding (lead conveying) system: Molten lead flows through the main lead conveying pipeline in two directions to each main machine, and is quantitatively injected into the lead scoop of each unit.
3. Automatic lead ingot feeding system: The feeding mechanism automatically transports lead ingots into the lead furnace, greatly reducing manual labor intensity.
4. Automatic control system: Each functional section is controlled independently.
5. Automatic scrap recycling system: Sprue and edge scraps are automatically conveyed back to the main lead pot, saving labor. The system is elaborately designed with well-matched precision components, delivering accurate metering. It is resistant to jamming, lead blockage and lead leakage, and easier to maintain.
6. Flat-cut grid casting main units can be equipped with an additional shaping function.
