TB500S Widened Double-Sided Pasting Machine
The TB500S widened double-sided pasting machine is a special pasting equipment for domestic lead-acid batteries, which we developed successfully by referencing imported equipment and combining the requirements of domestic customers. It automatically completes grid feeding, lead paste coating, plate pressing, acid showering and water showering in one continuous production line. It delivers performance comparable to similar imported machines, featuring rational structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance and high productivity. The pasted surface is flat with precise weight tolerance control to ensure the consistency and stability of coated grids. It is an ideal choice for the pasting process in battery manufacturing.
