TB700 Industrial Pasting Machine

The TB700 industrial pasting machine is special-purpose pasting equipment for lead-acid batteries developed by our company. It draws on imported equipment and integrates requirements from domestic customers. It automatically completes grid feeding, lead paste coating, plate pressing, acid showering and water showering on a continuous production line. It delivers performance equivalent to similar imported units, featuring compact and rational structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance and high productivity. The pasted surface is flat with precise weight tolerance control to guarantee the consistency and stability of coated plates.

Equipment Features

1. The machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system for bearings. All bearings are lubricated collectively for convenient and effective lubrication, extending bearing service life and simplifying maintenance.
2. The machine frame integrates the grid feeder, pasting main unit and acid & water shower assembly, with compact layout and high rigidity. Adjustment is convenient and flexible. A long distance between the acid shower roller and the machine tail reduces corrosion to the conveyor chain of the surface dryer. The integral frame of the acid and water shower mechanism is made of full stainless steel to resist acid corrosion, extend frame service life and minimize iron ion contamination to plates during pasting.
3. The grid feeding mechanism adopts independent stepless speed regulation for wider application range and better speed matching. Vacuum adsorption feeding prevents grid deformation.
4. The paste hopper is fitted with two straight-groove pasting rollers. A dedicated fine-adjustment device is provided to regulate and control paste output.
5. High-quality alloy roller doctor blades are processed by special heat treatment. They feature high hardness and excellent wear resistance, delivering flat plate surface and precise weight control to ensure plate consistency and stability.
6. Pneumatic adjustment is adopted for pasting belt tensioning, water squeezing and paste hopper tilting. All acid-wetted critical parts such as rollers and shafts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
