HG-ZK1000 Vacuum Paste Mixing Line

The HG-ZK1000 vacuum paste mixing line is a lead paste preparation equipment independently developed by our company. Drawing on overseas paste mixing equipment and combined with the actual demands of domestic battery production, it is designed for the paste mixing process of lead-acid battery manufacturing. It can automatically complete lead oxide feeding, lead oxide weighing, acid-water weighing, acid & water dosing, rapid paste mixing and lead paste storage. The whole vacuum paste mixing line adopts centralized PLC programming control to realize streamlined and automatic production.

Equipment Features

1. All parts contacting lead paste and acid are made of stainless steel. The inner liner of the rotating mixing drum is machined in one single forming process to ensure excellent concentricity.
2. The clearance between the wall & bottom scraper assembly and the inner wall and bottom of the rotating mixing drum can be adjusted within 1 mm.
3. The reducer runs flexibly and smoothly without abnormal noise. After 1 hour of continuous operation, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 45 °C. It allows lubricating oil replacement, with good sealing and no oil leakage.
4. The paste discharge door is fully controlled by the hydraulic system for flexible opening and closing as well as tight sealing.
5. The machine operates stably under no-load and full-load conditions with minimal vibration; vibration velocity is less than 3.5 mm/s.
6. The lead paste temperature during operation is displayed on the HMI, and the thermal sensing element works normally.
7. The pin-type rotor agitator rotates clockwise, and the inclined rotating mixing drum also rotates clockwise. This produces interleaved material flows with a high velocity difference to achieve uniform paste mixing without dead zones. The wall & bottom scraper assembly reliably prevents lead paste from sticking to the bottom and inner wall of the rotating mixing drum and accelerates discharging once mixing is completed.
8. All moving parts inside the drum are well sealed.
9. The automatic high-pressure cleaning device cleans the interior of the rotating mixing drum and the paste discharge door system according to preset cleaning procedures.
