HGX1000 Paste Mixing Line

The HGX1000 paste mixing line is a lead paste preparation unit independently developed by our company. It references imported mixing equipment and combines the practical requirements of domestic lead-acid battery production. It is used in the paste mixing section and automatically performs lead oxide feeding, lead oxide weighing, acid-water weighing, acid & water dosing, rapid paste mixing and lead paste storage. The whole production line adopts centralized PLC programming control for streamlined automatic operation.

Equipment Features

1. Cooling: The bottom of the paste hopper adopts direct annular water cooling, and two sections of annular water cooling are arranged on the hopper side, ensuring paste mixing at the preset temperature.
2. The scrapers of the stirring system are rationally designed. Vertical scrapers are angled to turn over and break paste during mixing and guarantee uniform paste quality.
3. The clearance and angle of scrapers and vertical scrapers can be adjusted conveniently. The gap between scrapers and the tank wall & tank bottom can be adjusted within 1 mm to reduce residual paste.
4. Fully automatic production workflow; automatic / manual mode switching is available.
5. Stable and advanced pressure sensors are used for metering lead oxide, acid and water. Both weighing and re-weighing accuracy reach 0.5%.
6. The line is equipped with an industrial HMI touchscreen monitored by PLC. Up to 30 sets of paste mixing recipes can be pre-stored for easier operation.
7. All wetted parts of the mixer contacting lead paste, acid water and acid mist are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The acid drip tray is made of acid-resistant PP. The tank body and the outer sleeve of the main stirring shaft are integrated to prevent penetration of acid, water and lead paste, which protects the drive shaft, bearings and reducer from corrosion.
8. The mixer adopts combined air cooling and water cooling to effectively control paste temperature during preparation.
9. Water cooling systems are arranged on both the tank body and tank bottom. A unique diversion channel design ensures cooling water flows through all areas inside the mixer for optimal cooling performance.
10. Optional paste washing and water draining device is available to prevent corrosion of the paste storage hopper and pasting machine.
